For all customers who purchase the BiologMicroStation Microbial ID & Phenotype MicroArray (PM) System; we will provide hands-on training on-site during installation and commission of system. Applications support will be given during regular visits to customers/end-users. Focus Biotech will conduct regular hands-on workshops and seminars at different venues yearly (usually 5 – 6 workshops yearly).
